Integration forum: "Authority and development - building the future together"
On July 16, 2024, the Integration Forum was held at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry: “Power and development - building the future together.” It brought together developers, representatives of development, infrastructure projects and representatives of Russian business to discuss problems and opportunities for jointly ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for life and tourism, and the development of small towns in Russia. The head of the Labva Pro bureau, Stanislav Kulish, in his speech, which was recognized as the best, focused the attention of the participants on one of the key problems hindering the successful formation of the Architectural and urban appearance of the region. It remains a residual principle in relation to the creation of the architecture of industrial enterprises and production clusters. A strong country deserves industrial architecture of the highest level, since the attitude of its employees both to the production itself and to themselves depends on how figuratively the quality of the enterprise looks. An employee’s pride in his enterprise has always been inherited and this should return to the usual order of things in society. And a country with a wasteful attitude to the presentation of its industrial potential has no future, since it is industry that forms the basis of its power and the respect of its neighbors, and Architecture in this is historically the first assistant of Power. And that is why it is necessary to include requirements for the quality of architectural solutions for industrial facilities in the documents regulating the development of industrial projects and, without any alternative, oblige them to receive a certificate of approval of the Architectural and Urban Planning Appearance (AGO) if they are located within sight of residential buildings or overlook on transport arteries at the federal, regional and local levels. And, as a result of this positioning, at the Forum it was decided to submit a resolution with these proposals to the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, as well as from Andrei Tolstikov and Vladimir Gamza, words of support for this initiative were voiced and, moreover, practical actions were proposed on their part on bringing this problem to the attention of decision-making government institutions and practically introducing the requirements for architectural solutions for industrial facilities into the GOST being formed today.
