ZODCHESTVO 2022. Discussion: Scenario method for the development of residential construction in the Moscow region
Within the framework of the festival ZODCHESTVO 2022, a discussion " Scenario method for the development of residential construction in the Moscow region" was held. During the session, experts noted that the organization of modern residential areas requires an integrated method of planning, the study of the priorities of residents, reliance on sociological research and big data, as well as a visionary and highly professional method of market participants.
Stanislav Kulish, head of the architectural bureau "LABVA PRO", a member of the working group of the Architectural Commission of the Moscow region, using the example of the RUSSIAN DESIGN DISTRICT residential quarter project, demonstrated a new approach to the formation of the project concept: involving a potential buyer in the creative process, personalizing the architectural appearance of residential buildings, developing the ideology of the project and providing residents with a large number of services.
