Architectural tour of the recently implemented “Labva Pro” business-class residential cluster Russian Design District, built by the Rodina group in New Moscow

On June 12, an architectural tour took place in the recently implemented “Labva Pro” business-class residential cluster Russian Design District, built by the Rodina group in New Moscow. Fortunately, many were not afraid of the prospect of getting wet and they still decided to take a risk and spend this holiday in the company of friends, getting acquainted with a project that was unusual even for such a diverse architectural market in Moscow. The excursion took place with the active participation of the Association of Designers of the Moscow Region (APMO), for which many thanks to colleagues and personally to Ilya Mashkov and Marina Novikova! We have published many times the different stages of the construction of the complex commissioned by the Rodina Group of Companies and have repeatedly expressed gratitude to the developer for his freedom of thinking, healthy risk-taking and attentive attitude to Architecture. According to the project architect, head of the Labva Pro studio Stanislav Kulish, it was this approach that made it possible to implement as close as possible to the design idea what he was happy to introduce to everyone who joined that day. I would also like to express my gratitude to one of the key participants in the project, through whose efforts it was possible to implement the practically impossible, namely: Alkotek (Aluminium-composite panels), Glass Wall (individual glass and metal products), Load-bearing Systems (ball-rod dome structures) and, of course, the General Contractor structures of the Rodina Group of Companies. All of them, despite the pandemic lockout, coped with the most difficult task and were able to implement this difficult project on time and with decent quality.
