The multifunctional residential complex Barkli Plaza is located in the Golden Mile area of Moscow. The windows of the complex offer views of the Moskva River, the Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the monument to Peter I, the factory "Red October" and Ostozhenka alleys. The construction boom could not kill the charm of the embankment and the streets flowing down to it, and everyone, getting here, feels the atmosphere of the old city.

The difficulty in working with the space that the authors of the project faced was the square shape of the room and the arrangement of windows on one side. Therefore, it was proposed to divide the area into two volumes, each of which in turn was zoned. So in the large living room, the kitchen is allocated as a block, and the combined bedroom and study can be isolated using an automated partition panel.

The elegance of the interior is emphasized by the color scheme, built on a soft combination of white with shades of brown - from deep coffee to delicate latte.

The central architectural and decorative element of the apartment is a wooden volume with an integrated kitchen. It is made of oak bars laid in even rows. The second interior detail is a cascading chandelier made of Murano glass, made at an Italian factory to order.

It is thanks to these lines that the entire interior is directed, as it were, to the front of the windows, to the glass wall. Behind it opens a city landscape with a river — the rarest view for Moscow.
